Crash Champions Collision Repair Lubbock SW

My truck was left here for two weeks with zero status updates until the day it was ready. They opened on Saturday so that I could pick it up which was very kind, but after picking it up there were several problems I noticed. Pieces were not even in place, clamps were missing, wiring was out of place, doors creaked when they hadn’t before, my paint bubbled, pieces that were supposed to be new looked clearly used/tacky, and my gas cap was completely broken off. I was told “this is just want tacomas do”, but I have had this truck for 5 years with work done on it, and I have never heard that. Their customer service was alright, but I’m supposed to be paying this higher than expected price just to have a not fully repaired truck. No thanks!

Fixed 2 of my vehicles a few months apart. I hope I dont need them a third time but if I do I have no reservations letting them fix me up again!

Had a great experience with Crash Champions. It’s such a hassle to get repairs made after an accident but everyone made it easy and my car looks as good as new. It took a bit longer than expected to complete the repairs but they kept me informed and the delays were due to KIA getting them the parts. Hope I never need them again, but if I do I’d choose Crash Champions again.

Crash Champions took great care of my vehicle and got us back on the road much quicker than we even anticipated. There was a slight hiccup addressing an issue none of them had seen before, but it was handled well and promptly. I have used other body shops before and not been back, but this shop has definitely earned our loyalty.
